Derrick Loris is a producer who started his career in Philadelphia. While learning his trade from the bottom up, he became a sought after production manager for union & non-union commercial production and a location manager/scout for feature films for clients such as Miramax & Paramount.



After a time, the road led to New York where he continued his work as a Line Producer for clients like Cycle/Laundry Service, Serial/Anonymous Content, The Station, Impressionista Films & NY Production Services.



The birth of the Digital platform has given Derrick a place to continue to use his skills. Ever mindful of how to execute creative on set, what the costs are and where to find the authenticity of an idea, he can support his clients in all aspects of the production process. Although he continues to work frequently with Discovery, Oxygen, Craft WW, Bowstring Media, Alkemy X & Impressionista Films, his number one client is his 6yo daughter, Josephine.
